Refund Policy

This platform provides digital services (test series access, exam simulations, solutions/explanations).
Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.
1) No refunds after purchase (standard rule)
All purchases are final. Once you purchase a test series/subscription on The Unhackables,
it is non-refundable and non-transferable.
2) Exception — refund only for genuine technical access failure
A refund will be considered only if:
- You made a successful payment, but you are unable to access the purchased test series due to a technical issue on our side.
- You have contacted support and provided the required details (payment reference, registered email/phone, etc.).
- Our team is unable to resolve access after reasonable troubleshooting.
If the issue can be resolved by granting access or fixing your account, we will do that instead of issuing a refund.
3) Non-refundable scenarios (explicit)
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Lack of time to prepare / exam date changes.
- You started or attempted a test (timer began) or submitted/voided any attempt.
- Violation-based void attempts (fullscreen exit / tab switch rules).
- Requests related to performance, expected rank/score, or subjective dissatisfaction.
- Fraud, abuse, or chargeback misuse.
4) How to request help / raise a refund request
Email contact@theunhackables.com with subject:
“Access Issue / Refund Request – [Your Name]”
- Registered email / phone
- Payment reference / transaction ID
- Product purchased (test series/subscription name)
- Screenshot of payment success (if available)
- Short description of the problem
5) Refund processing timeline
If a refund is approved under the technical-access exception, it is typically processed within
5–10 business days. The final credit time depends on your bank/payment provider.
6) Policy updates
We may update this policy periodically. The effective date at the top indicates the latest version.
